Ok...now that everyone that has voted for change has their wish-its time for folks to sit back and enjoy the Obama Express for the next four years.

P.S. To the folks whining on today' VDJ show, 'get over it.'

Peace-

Oftn times, in order to draw strength for the future, people must use reference points from the past, i;e Ronald Reagan and other "icons". This is why history is important. Yes, look towards the future, but to forget the past is foolish, and to not draw from the past is even more foolish. As a 14 year member of the military and a combat veteran, I assure you that one way to motivate people is by holding up past hero's and using them as a source of inspiration. If you have not ever served you are likely not to really grasp how important of a factor this plays in motivating people to continue forward in spite of what ever the odds or conditions may be. President Reagan is gone, but the ideas he held up are still valid today. If these ideas are still valid, then why not use them.
The best way to help ensure the "peace" (as refered to in the above P.S.) is continued on our home soil is by walking in to a recruiters office and joining America's team, provided you are of age (17-41). Today, everyone wants PEACE, but THE MANY are more than happy to let THE FEW do their part for them. For those of you who cherish freedom and are of military age, and have not done so before, earn the freedom you say you love, and join us who wear the flag of America on our right shoulder.

I just wonder how long it will be until I am a felon for owning one of those dangerous Ruger 10/22's!

Saturday night live= the place where most Americans decide their vote.
