IRS Scandal:
Lois Lerner, the IRS official that was in charge of the targeting of conservative groups, is refusing to resign from her position.  She is no won administrative leave with pay.

Justice Department Scandal:
We are learning that Attorney General Eric Holder, after saying he recused himself from the AP phone record grab, granted permission to track a Fox News Reporter James Rosen.  President Obama has called for the Department of Justice to investigate itself for what went wrong.

Missouri Legislation:
The Locke & Smith Foundation looks at Missouri legislation and checks the constitutionality of it.

SB233- This act establishes the Prescription Drug Monitoring Act.

HB631- Changes the law regarding the employment and evaluation of teachers.

SB125- This act modifies duties of board of education

SB210- Requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary education to conduct at least one public hearing in each Missouri congressional district prior to the implication of Common Core.

HB64- Allows a labor organization to obtain a political contribution through an automatic payroll deduction if the employee or member consents to the contribution in writing annually.

McDonald's:
A 9-year-old, whose mother is a nutrition activist and created an interactive nutrition game, spoke at the McDonald's shareholders meeting and asked the CEO why he is tricking kids into eating food and making kids sick.

American Idol:
A couple gets into a fight over who should win American Idol and they stab each other.
