3rd Amendment Violation:
A Henderson, NJ family is claiming in a lawsuit, that in 2011 police commandeered their homes and arrested family members for "obstruction."

SB262- This act modifies various provisions relating to health insurance.
SB75- This act modifies provisions relating to public safety.
SB254- Currently, for an open-end credit contract that provides for open-end credit loans of 31 days or longer, the lender may charge a credit advance fee of the lesser of $25 or 5% of the credit advanced from the line of credit. This act raises the fee to $75 and 10% respectively.
HB184- Changes the laws regarding the sales tax on motor vehicles, the transient guest tax in Pettis County, and enhanced enterprise zones and establishes the Missouri Works Program
HB400- Establishes requirements for the administration of RU-486 or any other abortion-inducing drug or chemical
