During the presidential campaign, the Obama team attacked Romney for wanting to go into Syria.

War in Afghanistan:
2,144 US soldiers have lost their lives during the war in Afghanistan. 1,575 of those deaths have taken place under Obama's presidency.

AFL-CIO:
The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO) has announced that they will allow anyone in the country to join their union.

Missouri Veto Session:
Missouri state lawmakers are reporting to Jefferson City today for a special session to override Governor Nixon's vetos on legislation.

One of the most talked about vetos of Governor Nixon has been on HB253 which would cut income tax in Missouri.
