Cold air returns to the Ozarks late this weekend, and with it, increasing chances for wintry weather.
The National Weather Service says models are coming into better agreement we’ll have precipitation Sunday and Monday.
At this point, forecasters say it looks like mainly snow to the north of I-44, and a rain/snow mix south of the interstate.
Snow could also fall during the day on Monday.
Forecasters caution confidence is low on the exact timing, amounts and precipitation types with this system.
