Police say a 45-year-old woman has died in a wreck that happened Sunday morning at Division and Johnston in Springfield.
Officers say the vehicle, which was traveling westbound, crossed the eastbound lanes of traffic on Division, ran off the road, hit a utility pole and flipped.
Sharon Holesapple from Springfield died at a local hospital.
The driver, Bradley Benson from Beaverton, Oregon, was transported to a local hospital, where he is in stable condition.
Police say neither victim was wearing a seatbelt.
This is the third fatal wreck and fourth traffic fatality in Springfield this year.
