Two people are in jail after a chase with police overnight in Springfield.
It started when an officer ran the driver’s plates around midnight Thursday morning and found he had a warrant.
The chase ended near Sunset and Campbell when the driver missed a turn and ran the car off the road.
He tried to run, but police stopped him with a taser.
The passenger was arrested for drug possession.
