A man from Lebanon is charged with possessing and promoting child pornography.
The Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Christepher Tubbs was arrested last week after authorities served a search warrant at his home.
They seized child pornography and computers as part of the search.
Tubbs is in the Laclede County Jail.
