Missouri House Rules: 

Every two years, The Missouri House of Representatives vote on the house rules. The rules oftentimes favor the speaker of the house. So how do we make sure that Missourians have a voice? Dr. Lilly gives you a check list on ways to make sure your voice is heard:

1. Find out who your representative is.
2. Call their office and ask them to change the house rules.
3. Request that more voices are heard and that the speaker doesn’t hold supreme power.
