Starting Monday, the Springfield-Greene County Health Department and Jordan Valley Community Health Center will be offering COVID-19 vaccines for essential workers.

This marks the transition to Phase 1B of the COVID-19 vaccine plan.

The group eligible under this phase includes

  • Agriculture and food workers (not including restaurants and bars)
  • K-12 teachers and school staff, including substitute teachers
  • Childcare workers (DHSS-licensed)
  • Communications Infrastructure workers
  • Media workers with emergency function
  • City, county, state, and federal employees
  • Local energy provider employees
  • Information Technology staff
  • Mass transit and freight workers
  • Water and wastewater systems staff
  • Dams and nuclear energy sector staff

In order to schedule an appointment, you have to obtain a patient ID, which can be found by first completing the Missouri Vaccine Navigator registration. You will receive an email after completing the registration containing your patient ID. If you cannot find your patient ID in an email, you can call 877-435-8411.

If you do not have access to the internet, you can call 417-874-1211 Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
