A lawsuit filed in July of last year over a reopening plan for the Springfield Public School district has been dismissed by a federal judge.
The suit filed by attorney Kristi Fulnecky was aimed at the district not holding in-person classes five days a week when schools initially planned to have students at school in-person two days a week and learning virtually the other three.
KY3 is reporting court documents say the claims were dismissed “without prejudice”.
