A doctor who worked Agape Boarding School in Stockton will have a preliminary hearing February 3 in Greene County.
57-year-old David Smock is charged with child sex crimes in Greene and Cedar counties.
His attorney has asked the judge to let him go free on bond.
Smock was on the run from authorities when he was arrested last month in Harrison.
