(KTTS News) — A Dallas County dog breeder will not be able to operate for at least eight years for violating Missouri standards.
The Missouri Attorney General says a consent judgement was granted against Corey Mincey, the owner of Puppy Love Kennel.
She admitted that she failed to employ a licensed veterinarian, maintain health records on all covered animals and failed to keep clean facilities.
The case was filed last year.
All remaining dogs from the kennel have been placed in new homes.
