(KTTS News) — A man wanted for a murder in Polk County has been arrested in Louisiana.
Shane Ellzey was picked up Tuesday night around 7:45 p.m.
Ellzey was wanted for second-degree murder and stealing a motor vehicle.
Authorities say Ellzey shot Phillip Thompson and stole his pickup.
Thompson’s body was found this week in a barn.
A Highway Patrol spokesman says it’s possible the victim is Ellzey’s step-uncle.
He says Ellzey may suffer from mental problems.
