(KTTS News) — Sentencing is set for April 1 for a man who entered an Alford plea in a deadly drunk driving crash at Glenstone and Cherry in Springfield.
Gary Calhoun, 66, from Springfield entered the Alford plea in the crash that killed two people in August 2021.
An Alford plea is not an admission of guilt, but it does mean the defendant admits there’s enough evidence to find them guilty.
