(Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration is using its authority to block Harvard University’s ability to enroll international students, the New York Times reported on Thursday.
The administration informed Harvard it would be doing so as part of an ongoing investigation into the university by the Department of Homeland Security, the newspaper said, citing three people with knowledge of the matter and a letter sent to the university by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
