(KTTS News) — A man from Houston, Missouri has drowned in Pomme De Terre Lake.
Steven Kessler, 59, jumped into the water from a boat about 20 yards away from Lightfoot Landing.
He yelled that he couldn’t breathe, so witnesses threw him a lifejacket.
But they couldn’t bring him above water when they tried to bring him to shore.
