Brain Injury Association of Missouri Hosts Free Seminar About Life with Brain Injury
Springfield, MO – The Brain Injury Association of Missouri will host its annual Survivor and Family Seminar on Saturday, March 23 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. The Seminar begins at 8:15 am, with the last session concluding around 4:00 pm. Sessions will focus on practical suggestions for life with brain injury.
This informational Seminar is free for survivors and family members, but registration is required.

About the Brain Injury Association of Missouri
The Mission of the Brain Injury Association of Missouri (BIA-MO) is to reduce the incidence of brain injury; to promote acceptance, independence and productivity of persons with brain injury; and to support their families.
Founded in 1982 by a group of parents, BIA-MO works with support groups, volunteers, and service providers throughout the state. BIA-MO is a community-based organization serving persons with brain injury, their families, caregivers, physicians, therapists, case managers and others throughout Missouri. Services and programs are carried out by hundreds of volunteers. These individuals serve as support group facilitators, speakers, members of the board of directors, coordinators, fundraisers and office assistants.
