Lucky’s Market has announced that it has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, already closing several of its stores including one in Springfield.
The store has signed asset purchase agreements with ALDI and Publix Super Markets for eleven store properties.
It will cease operations in 32 locations in the coming weeks. The company says it should be able to keep its financial obligations to its employees.
