STONE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT QUESTION

Shall there be authorized an increase in the tax levy for the Stone County Health Department (the "Health Department") from $0.0785 to $0.157 per $100 of assessed valuation of all property located in Stone County, Missouri for a period of 9 years (at which time the tax levy shall revert to the current tax levy) for the purpose of (a) constructing and improving a new Health Department facility to be centrally located in Reeds Spring, Missouri, which facility shall include a walking trail, meeting room and community garden, and (b) paying the ongoing maintenance and operating costs of the Health Department including the maintenance of the personnel required for the operation thereof?

CLEVER R-V SCHOOL DISTRICT SPECIAL SCHOOL BOND ELECTION PROPOSITION K.I.D.S. 

Shall the Board of Education of the Clever R-V School District, Missouri, without an estimated increase in the current debt service property tax levy, borrow money in the amount of One Million One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($1,125,000) for the purpose of providing funds to construct, equip, and furnish a new early childhood center; to the extent funds are available, complete other repairs and improvements to the existing facilities of the District; and issue bonds for the payment thereof? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.98 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.

If this question is approved and Proposition B is also approved, the adjusted operating tax levy ceiling of the District is estimated to increase $0.05, from $0.15 currently to $0.20, per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation. If this question is approved but Proposition B is not approved, the adjusted operating tax levy ceiling of the District will stay the same at $0.15 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.
