OZARK TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE SPECIAL ELECTION
PROPOSITION A  
Shall the Board of Trustees of the Community College District of Central Southwest Missouri (also known as Ozarks Technical Community College), be authorized to continue to impose an operating tax levy of $0.05 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation, through tax year 2038, for the purposes of funding ongoing operating costs of the District, including allied health programs, technical programs and workforce development initiatives? If this question is approved and Proposition B is also approved, the adjusted operating tax levy ceiling of the District is estimated to increase $0.05, from $ 0.15 currently to $0.20, per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation. If this question is approved but Proposition B is not approved, the adjusted operating tax levy ceiling of the District will stay the same at $0.15 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.

If this question is approved, the District's debt service levy is estimated to remain unchanged at $1.1006 per one hundred dollars assessed valuation of real and personal property.

Proposition KIDS:
Shall the Board of Education of the Clever R-V School District, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of One Million One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($1,125,000) for the purpose of providing funds to construct an athletic complex to include track, baseball, and softball fields with associated amenities, complete lighting, sound, and seating enhancements to the Performing Arts Center, construct storm shelters at the junior high and agriculture buildings;complete other remodeling and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the District, and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service property tax levy of $0.15 per hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to remain unchanged at $1.0300 per one hundred dollar of assessed valuation of real and personal property.  [ ] YES  [ ] NO

Shall the Board of Education of the Marionville R-IX School District, Missouri, without an estimated increase in the current debt service property tax levy, borrow money in the amount of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) for the purpose of providing funds to complete the site development, construction, equipping, and furnishing of a storm shelter constructed to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) standards to also serve as a High School music facility; to complete renovations and improvements to the Middle School Gymnasium, the MultiPurpose Gymnasium, and the K-8 building; to complete other remodeling and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the District; and issue bonds for the payment thereof? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.98 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
