Ozarks Technical Community College
Proposition A: 
Shall the Board of Trustees of the Community College District of Central Southwest Missouri (also known as Ozarks Technical Community College), be authorized to continue to impose an operating tax levy of $0.05 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation, through tax year 2038, for the purposes of funding ongoing operating costs of the District, including allied health programs, technical programs and workforce development initiatives? If this question is approved and Proposition B is also approved, the adjusted operating tax levy ceiling of the District is estimated to increase $0.05, from $0.15 currently to $0.20, per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation. If this question is approved but Proposition B is not approved, the adjusted operating tax levy ceiling of the District will stay the same at $0.15 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.

Proposition B:

If this question is approved but Proposition A is not approved, the adjusted operating tax levy ceiling of the District will stay the same at $0.15 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.

Polk County
Shall the County of Polk impose a local use tax at the same rate as the local sales tax rate, currently one and three eighth percent, provided that if the local sales rate is reduced or raised by voter approval the local use tax rate shall also be reduced or raised by the same action? A use tax return shall not be required to be filed by persons whose purchases from out-of-state vendors do not in total exceed two thousands dollars in any calendar year?

Shall the Board of Education of the Fair Play R-II School District, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of One Million Six Hundred thousand Dollars for the purpose of providing funds to construct an athletic complex to include track, baseball, and softball fields with associated amenities, complete lighting, sound, and seating enhancements to the Performing Arts Center, construct storm shelters at the junior high and agriculture buildings;complete other remodeling and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the District, and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service property tax levy  of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.6667 per one hundred dollar of assessed valuation of real and personal property.

All of the sections 7-36 in Township 35 North, Range 21 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; and all of sections 1-7, and the NW 1/4 and N-1/2 NE - 1/4 of Section 8 and the N-1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 9, and the N-1/2 of Section 18, All in Township 34 North, Range 21 West of the fifth principal meridian;

And that part of Section 8 lying South and East of Pomme De Terre Lake, and all of Sections 98-16, and that part of Section 17 lying East of Pomme De Terre Lake and that part of Section 20 lying East of Pomme De Terre Lake and West Brand, and all of Section 21-29, and all of Sections 31-36 all in Township 35 North, Range 22 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian;
