Ozarks Public Television is back at full strength after a tower collapse in 2018 that killed one member of a tower repair crew.
Three others were hurt.
OSHA says the crew was installing structural reinforcements on the tower.
But the workers removed key bolts during a bracing procedure, causing the collapse.
Missouri State owned the original tower and used it for Ozarks Public Television.
KOZK says some viewers will need to rescan their TVs to get the full signal.
