Springfield Stay-At-Home:
Some businesses owners are getting conflicting answers from the city of Springfield on certain sale items.
Items like bug spray, furniture, and certain workout equipment have been deemed non-essential.
But what about tobacco products? Jessica Hutson, owner of Just For Him, was told she had to shut down her business Monday.
