Two are dead in Rockford, in Wright County, after what deputies believe is a murder-suicide.
Law enforcement was alerted after receiving a report of an unoccupied running vehicle in front of a residence on Woodhill Court for over an hour.
Deputies found one man and one woman dead at the scene. The Sheriff’s Office says it appears the man shot the woman and then turned the gun on himself.
The victims knew each other.
