(KTTS News) — The first of three suspects in the murder of a couple in Willard has pleaded guilty to his role in their deaths.
Matthew Plumb took a plea deal in the shooting deaths of Alexander Chute and Brianna Sproul.
Plumb pleaded guilty to lesser charges of conspiracy to commit a felony and tampering with evidence.
KY3 says investigators say Plumb told Theresa Cox and Duncan Bogle how to pull off the crime, but they don’t believe he pulled the trigger.
Plumb will be sentenced in December.
