(KTTS News) — The Christian County Prosecutor has ruled that a deputy-involved shooting on the square in Ozark was justified.
The shooting happened April 28 outside the Christian County Justice Center.
52-year-old Travis Bullington, from Sparta, was got into a fight with a woman.
When deputies tried to break it up, Bullington pulled out a gun and shot her.
A deputy then shot Bullington, who later died at the hospital.
The woman survived.
The deputy was not hurt.
