Joe Biden Presser:
President Biden held a press conference yesterday afternoon… It was a disaster.
Perhaps the most startling comment of the evening was Biden’s response to a question about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Biden said that while he believes an invasion is imminent, the United States is prepared to impose significant economic consequences should Russia move forward. But, he clarified, a “minor incursion” by the Russians would elicit a softer response from the U.S. than that of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki issued a statement Wednesday evening in an attempt to undo the damage caused by President Biden’s weak statements on Ukraine and Russia.
Biden also said “I didn’t overpromise. But I have probably outperformed what anyone thought would happen.”

Fake News:
An NPR reporter appeared to call Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Sonia Sotomayor liars on Wednesday after they issued a joint statement disputing a recent NPR report as “false.” NPR reported the conservative justice refused to wear a mask on the bench despite requests to do so, but Gorsuch and Sotomayor issued a statement calling it a “false” story that surprised them.
