The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is launching a regional survey to see what the public thinks of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The survey will collect feedback on the vaccine, how likely one is to take it, and what one thinks of COVID-19. They will also collect info on where people typically go for health-related questions.
The survey isn’t just open to residents of Greene County. If you a resident in any of the following counties you also can take the survey.

- Newton

- St. Clair
- Stone
