Investigators say the fire at a propane plant in Marshfield was ignited from a spark off a propane cylinder.
The spark was determined to have occured on a loading dock outdoors. The Kosan Crisplant was damaged by a massive fire on May 13, taking Firefighters three hours to control before they were extinguished.
Nearly 10,000 propane cylinders exploded after catching fire, some in the air. One employee was treated for injuries.
KY3 reports many reported seeing the smoke as far as 60 miles away.
