(KTTS News) — Police in Waynesville are investigating the death of a five-year-old girl.
A student told a school resource officer that his younger sister was unconscious and unresponsive at a home in the 700 block of Washington Street.
Police found the child dead.
Two women, Shamira Buford and Angela West, have been charged in Pulaski County with second degree murder and abuse or neglect of a child.
