(KTTS News) — A woman gets four months in jail plus probation after a toddler died at an unlicensed daycare in Laclede County.
Court records say Naomi Johnson swaddled a baby girl when she was put down for a nap.
Kimber McDowell, who was 1, died from positional asphyxia.
Authorities say infants should not be swaddled after two months of age.
