(Springfield’s News Talk 104.1) – There have been several reports of car vandalism in central Springfield.
According to the Springfield Police Department, there have been multiple instances of tires being slashed.
Most of the incidents were reported in the central part of the town, specifically near Fort and Grand, Grant and Sunshine, and some on South Scenic.
To prevent cars from being vandalized, the SPD suggests using outdoor lighting and parking in a well-lit area.
They also recommended keeping an eye on your neighbors and making sure your outdoor monitoring systems are recording.
