(Springfield’s News Talk 104.1) – On Saturday, the Aurora and Marionville Police Department arrested three people on multiple felony assault charges.
The AMPD were called to the Strike Zone bowling alley due to a disturbance in the parking lot.
According to the police, the three arrested individuals were not from Aurora.
Only minor injuries were reported from the disturbance.
Police suspect that excessive intoxication played a role in the incident.
One of the individuals arrested was a juvenile who was released to a guardian. The other two individuals that were arrested were transported to jail.
Police say that they are continuing to investigate the situation.
