(Reuters) -Warner Bros Discovery said on Thursday it had initiated a review of strategic alternatives in response to unsolicited interest from multiple parties.
The company is looking to evaluate a range of options, including a deal for the entire company and separate transactions for Warner Bros and Discovery Global, it said in a filing.
Shares of the company were up 3% after the bell.
