White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was mocked on social media after pointing out that President Biden was the vice-president the last time Russia decided to invade Ukraine.
The Mayor of Kherson, Igor Kolykhaev, urged Russian troops not to shoot civilians. “I simply asked them not to shoot at people,” he said. He also asked them to allow them to collect the bodies from the streets.
