18-year-old Trista of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away November the 9th of 2022.

Trista passed away from organ failure & a swollen heart.

Trista had COVID twice, but made the decision to get the Pfizer shot in July.

Trista had no history of diabetes, yet had a blood glucose level of over 600.
