The City of Springfield introduced a public safety initiative called “Help Without the Hazard” on Monday, aiming to reduce safety risks for pedestrians and drivers in high-traffic areas.

This reminds Sarah of the “Wheels to Work program” where the city of Springfield offered rides to panhandlers to the job center.
