Democrats and media keep insisting that absentee ballots and mail-in voting don’t contribute to voter fraud — but a mayoral election in Connecticut could blow a big hole in that dubious claim.

2016 – Bruce Franks defeated Penny Hubbard Friday night in a court-ordered re-do Democratic primary in the 78th House District. Franks came within 90 votes of Hubbard in August. He sued over the results, saying that
